On Sunday 1 December 2024, the Divine Liturgy concluded with a memorial service for Mrs Stavroula (Loula) McNicholas who was one the founding members of our church.
We owe the dedication of our church to the inspiration and the efforts of Mrs Stavroula McNicholas (1927-1995). She wished to remember her mother Evangelia and had the church dedicated to the Feast of the Annunciation of the Mother of God (Ευαγγελισμός, Evangelismos, in Greek), which we keep as our patronal feast every year on 25th March.
May her memory be eternal
