On Sunday 29th September, we are expecting His Grace Bishop Raphael for the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the opening of our church of the Annunciation of the Mother of God.
The church building was officially opened when the late Archbishop Gregorios, of blessed memory, visited the Middlesbrough Orthodox community on 29th September 1999.
The Orthodox Greek community has held church services since 1985 at two different locations in Stockton. Orthodox liturgical life at Holy Trinity Stockton was brought to a tragic end when vandals set the church on fire on 26th September 1991.
Everyone is welcome to join us for the day:
- Matins from 11:30
- Divine Liturgy from 12:30
- followed by a Parish Feast in the hall.
